NEW POWER HANDLE CONVERSION KIT FOR DAIWA MILLIONAIRE 7HT REELS KIT-2

This is a new Power Handle conversion kit assembled by Jim's Reel Shop for the following;  Daiwa Millionaire 7HT and 6HM/6RM models

A new ported power handle replacement option, for the Daiwa Millionaire 7HT and 6HM/6RM models. The handle shaft 115MM in length, 24MM longer than the standard black 7HT Millionaire handle, which is 91MM long. Please note: the handle is the same length as the red Turbo 7HT handle And NOT any LONGER

The fitting of a 7HT Brass Drive Shaft Support Bushing is highly recommended- and is included in this kit, (Kit2)

Included in the kit is a handle nut, handle nut locking plate, a locking plate retaining screw and a precision machined Brass Drive Shaft Support Bushing, which fits upon the driveshaft of all of the Daiwa 7HT models.

The pinion support bushing adds support to the drive shaft and reduces the large range of lateral movement, which in turn reduces wear to the pinion and main gears of the 7HT reels
 
The bushing is an easy modification to make, undo the handle cap screw, remove the plastic handle cap, e-clip and thrust washer. The bushing is now visible. Lubricate the bushing with  light oil, slide upon the bushing and re-assemble.

This kit comprises of:

1: A Gold coloured ported power handle to match the Millionaire 7HT gold coloured bar and plate
2/ A handle securing nut 
3/ Handle nut keeper plate, to secure the handle nut
4/ A screw to secure the handle nut plate to the handle shank 
5/ Brass drive shaft support bushing

A NEW power handle kit, with all the necessary parts- a complete kit!
