New JRS Line Clip conversion kit's for the Daiwa Black Widow BR spools. Fits Daiwa Black Widow BR35000A, BR4000A, BR4500A & BR5000A sized spools

PLEASE NOTE: the item for sale is a line clip conversion kit NOT A SPOOL!
 
If you are unlucky enough to break the spool line clip, fitted to your Daiwa Black Widow BR spools, you will find out that Daiwa do not supply them separately, and you will need to buy a new spool. 

Jim's Reel Shop are now able to supply line-friendly replacement line clips, as we have been asked frequently to do so! No modification of the spool is necessary.

This line clip is designed for the Daiwa Black Widow Bait Runner, it fits all of the different sizes of spools: BR35000A, BR4000A, BR4500A & BR5000A

Our line clips are supplied in a do it yourself, self-fitting kit and no specialist tools are required . We keep spares in stock for these clips

The item for sale is a Line Clip Conversion. Spools are NOT included! We have spools for sale, as well

The Line Clip Conversion kit consists of:

A line friendly metal clip
Plastic Washer
Stainless Steel spring
E-clip retainer

Assembly instructions

1/ Unscrew the small screw and remove the original line clip from the spool.

2/ Insert the line clip from the outside of the spool.

3/ From the inside of the spool slide the plastic washer over the pin, followed by the spring.

4/ Check the pin is straight and true. If the line clip is cocked-over, clip a piece off the side of the plastic washer into a ‘D’ shape

5/ Secure the assembly with the E-clip.

If you are unable to fit this kit, we can do it for you, No charge for labour! If you wish to purchase a new spool we can fit the Line Clip, if required

If you are struggling to fit one of our line clips we can help! Just send in your spools and the purchased line clip kits, in a good strong cardboard box (a signed for service, is recommended) and we will only charge you for the return postage & packing fee, using a signed for service. Please include a note with your order number, contact details; name, address & telephone number
