REPLACEMENT SPOOL LINE CLIPS KITS FOR DAIWA EMCAST ADVANCED REELS 
 
If you are unlucky enough to break your Daiwa Emcast Advanced spool line clip, you will find out that Daiwa do not supply them separately, and you will need to buy a brand new spool, if they are available! 
 
Jim's Reel Shop are now able to supply line friendly replacement line clips, as we have been asked frequently to do so! No modification of the spool is necessary.  Our line clips are supplied in a do it yourself, self-fitting kit and no specialist tools are required, it comprises of:

Line friendly line clip

O-ring

E-clip 

Assembly instructions:

Remove the original line clip and retaining pin, from your spool; see image #3

Remove the line support pin, using a small burr/file and smooth it down

Place the O-ring onto the underside of the line clip. Push the line clip & O-ring through the side of the spool. Secure the clip with the E-clip
